Need to refund balance if requested
If a customer uses card infrequently (fulltime RVers) or one time only, there needs to be a way to refund balances left on card.
I also have two cards with balances that I would like to get my money back. There is no way that I can see to find out what your balance is. Money that is left on the card should be refunded if the customer request. Not doing refunds is as good as stealing. Please help.
We use the merge function for customers with multiple cards; we refund through our cash drawer using the refund button on the X-Changer. We do not give back the deposit unless the card is in good shape We get the customers name and have them initial the refund transaction. We keep a binder with this information logged in by date.
